We love our poultry birds here on the farm and so do our customers! We raise a variety of gourmet French chickens known as the “Red Bro”, which is part of the Poulet Rougue family.
These slow growing birds are raised seasonally where they enjoy a care free lifestyle on a playground full of fresh grass.
They are excellent foragers and find an endless amount of organic food and entertainment when on pasture. Their meat has an excellent texture with an outstanding flavor. These chickens are undoubtedly wonderful to the palette and encompass all of the qualities you look for in a gourmet bird.
