Pasture-Raised Eggs

Our organic, pasture-raised egg layers are moved around the pasture via egg mobile from early Spring to late Fall where they produce the most nutritious and delicious eggs possible.  The egg mobile is a mobile unit which allows the birds to be moved frequently on pasture in coalition with our rotational grazing system.

Our chickens are allowed to forage and feast on the fresh pasture and scratch on the cow patties as they indulge on insects and parasites that are harmful to the cows in symbiotic fashion.

Another important task our friendly egg layers take on is the ability to provide fresh manure on a daily basis, leaving behind a very concentrated source of nitrogen that builds within our soils. In our opinion we believe that a superior egg is the true definition of a whole food.
