First and foremost, our beef tastes great and it is grass fed and grass finished. We use heritage breed genetics such as Devon and Shorthorn, their meats have excellent marbling, texture, and flavor. Good flavor and texture is not the only thing our beef has to offer. Grass fed beef is a healthier alternative to grain finished beef. When cows are on grass (their natural diet) their beef is full of beta-carotene, loaded with over 400% more of vitamins A and E, high in omega 3 fatty acids and high CLA (conjugated Linoleic Acid). On top of great flavor, great texture, and great health benefits our cattle is raised sustainably. Our grazing system is done in a way that sustains the earth, creating healthy open lands and deep healthy soils. These soils in turn sequester carbon and produce oxygen creating a healthy environment. |
