JDC's Just Delicious Catering is owned and operated by Chef Jason Clark,a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, and his wife Sarah. We specialize in New England Country Cuisine using local and organic products whenever possible. We believe that locally raised food tastes better and is more nutritious. We also believe that you should know where your food comes from and how it was raised. We support our neighbors and other local farms.

Our menus range from sandwich / soup / salad bar to home-style dishes made with organic pasture-raised beef, chicken, or turkey raised at Applecheek Farm or at other local farms. You'll want to save room for one of our delicious, mouth-watering homemade desserts.
