Pasture-raised Gourmet French Chickens

We raise a variety of French chickens call Red Bro. We raise them for 12 weeks on fresh grass. They are excellent foragers. Their meat has an excellent texture with the outstanding flavor of a slow growing bird. This breed of chicken has a very rugged, hardy nature that withstands outdoor systems extremely well.
- We raise our organic broilers from May thru October on fresh pasture.
- The meat birds are available retail at the farm and in Montpelier, Stowe and Morrisville farmers markets, or through our meat CSA..
