Grass Fed/Milk Fed Humanely Raised Veal

Our Veal comes from calves humanely raised. Our calves are born in the Spring and they are not separated from their mothers. Their diet consists of milk and fresh grass, they also enjoy plenty of exercise, fresh air and sunshine. Their meat is rosy pink (meaning the calves had an adequate supply of iron in their natural diet) and the flavor is outstanding.
