Our veal is an old fashioned suckled veal, that is raised outside on open pastures where there is plenty of room to roam, forage and exercise.
When our veal hits your plate you will notice the meat is a rosy pink in color and full of flavor and texture, demonstrating a natural diet and plenty of free range freedom.
Simply put, our veal is a completely different product from the typical, bland white veal you will find in a super market. This is also Farmer John’s favorite meat on our product list here on the farm.
